 just in order to be fair let me ask if we already accepted other lawyer groups to be part of LACRALO. I believe we did. if really we did I see no reason to not accept the group from PANAMA. 

 Panamá has no participation in our group and bring some well qualified person to LACRALO from that country could be very beneficial to the Ralo.

I appreciate if Humberto, as the Secretary for ur group, with more information than other could check for us. thank you
