At-Large is charged with developing a method to accept, filter and submit community-based objections to TLD proposals (similar to what the GAC will have).
First Thoughts: It seems that we should probably spend a little time brainstorming on the list about the requirements for such a process. After a period of brainstorm, then perhaps a few volunteers can draft a straw-proposal that the group could begin to work on.
If this approach seems reasonable, perhaps people can start the brainstorming on requirements for the At-Large/ALAC submission of community-based objections.
