Rule 13 - Procedures for the Presentation of Candidatures for LACRALO representatives

13.1 The Secretariat shall ask all accredited ALS whether they intend to stand for election in the General Assembly at least two months prior to the opening of the General Assembly. Candidature must be declared and filed with the Secretariat at least four weeks prior to the opening of the General Assembly.

13.2 At least four weeks prior to the opening of the General Assembly the Secretariat shall send to all accredited representatives the list of ALS and their candidates. This list of
candidatures may be revised as necessary, subject to other qualification rules that may be adopted by the General Assembly.

13.3 This list of candidatures shall be finalized and closed at least 48 hours before the opening of the General Assembly.

13.1 El Secretario preguntará a todas las ALSs acreditadas si tienen intenciones de postularse para las elecciones de la Asamblea General, al menos dos meses antes de la apertura de la Asamblea General. Las candidaturas deben declararse y registrarse ante el Secretario al menos cuatro semanas antes de la apertura de la Asamblea General.

13.2 Al menos cuatro semanas antes de la apertura de la Asamblea General, el Secretario deberá enviar la lista de ALSs y sus candidatos a todos los representantes acreditados. Esta lista de candidatos podrá revisarse en la medida que sea necesario, y se sujetará a las reglas de calificación que pueda adoptar la Asamblea General.

13.3 Esta lista de candidatos deberá finalizarse y cerrarse al menos 48 horas antes de la apertura de la Asamblea General.
