Notes:

1. Wrap up from Meeting #26 on 30 November 2021:

• The call was good and we made good progress.  Need to get the wording right, but think the intent is captured.
• For the auditing/record keeping, not sure if we want to create a recommendation in each topic or do a global recommendation, but we have time.
• Note that we asked Compliance to let us know if they had specific reactions to those requirements for record-keeping. Fine to keep it on the table and drop into a topic and decide if it’s more efficient to do recommendations by topic or globally.
• Staff making revisions to Losing FOA captured from the discussion and also created sub bullets.  Didn’t redline the formatting changes but it is obvious.

     2. Preparation for December GNSO Council meeting:

• Greg sent the motion and Project Change Request to the Council for consideration; expect we’ll get a second before the meeting.
• Berry sending the Project Plan to Council and WG; no changes.
• Berry creating a diagram in “swim-lane” format to reflect the future state of the processes based on the recommendations.  Definitely worthwhile to do.  Could think about how to show what will be different from what it is today.
• Trick is how to keep the diagram at the right level.  Maybe add text to call out what is different with text in the boxes where a step is different from what is currently done.

     3. Preparation for Meeting #27 on 07 December 2021:
