  2. Legislative proposals out of Europe that may or may not have impact on policies  - digital services actpolicies (NIS2, Digital Services Act, etc.)
  3. ODP (Operational Design Phase (ODP): What was Board's involvement in this, and how do Board members understand that the ODP will be applied (for example, will the ODP be applied to all PDPs)?)
  4. Interisle report: What is the board’s reaction to the January report from Interisle?  Specifically, the section of the report that details how registrars intentionally hold back domain name registration data and/or don’t reply to disclosure requests, when required?  How is the board taking on and applying this data?
  5. ICANN org’s FY22 draft operation and budget plans
