Resolved Wiki Markup*Text* Resolved \ [03.91\] that the Board hereby approves the Board Governance Committee Procedures for Board Nominations prepared by the Board Governance Committee and recommended by it on 22 May 2003 and the Guidelines for Directors memorandum prepared by the General Counsel, which was originally dated 12 November 2000 and was revised on 2 June 2003.
(The Board approved the above resolutions by a 15-0-0 vote.)
