• Nominaciones deben ser hechas por miembros de LACRALO de la Sub-Region A (Central  America : Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico y Panama ), un candidato puede ser nominado por cualquier miembro de LACRALO, pero los candidatos nominados deben de ser miembros de ALS situadas en la subregión correspondiente. See LACRALO Operating Principles Title IV, article 7.2.a. 
• EN: Nominations shall be made by LACRALO members from Sub-Region A (Central  America : Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico y Panama ). A candidate can be nominated by any LACRALO member, but the nominated candidates nominated shall must be members of ALS from the correspondent region.     from ALS members located in the corresponding subregion.
• Electores: all LACRALO
• EN: Electorate : todo LACRALO.
• El candidato ganador tomará su posición inmediatamente y terminará el periodo de la persona quien renunció.
• EN: The winning candidate will take his/her position immediately and will complete the term of the resigning officer.
