The role of the IRT is to review the work product of the Implementation Team (IPT) to advise its alignment with the policy recommendations
  1. IRT shall operate in accordance with principles in the GNSO Policy & Implementation WG Final Report.
  2. IRT is not a policymaking body and shall not engage in discussions to alter recommendations to be implemented
  3. IRT is convened to assist the IPT in implementation of the policy consistent with the Board approved recommendations
  4. IRT members needs a good understanding of the contents of the Board Resolution and the Final Report.
  5. IRT members are expected to attend and actively participate in meetings.
  6. IRT provides feedback/answer questions within deadlines requested by the IPT or communicate with the IPT if additional time is required.
  7. IRT members must have a current Statement of Interest
