The At-Large Review Implementation dashboard aims to update the ICANN Community about the progress of the work of the At-Large Review Implementation Working Group (ARIWG).

2020-05-01 Addition of At-Large Regional Policy Engagement Program link for closer At-Large/GSE relations	Completed With the roll-out of the At-Large Regional Policy Engagement Program (ARPEP) to the At-Large Regional Leaders, this ARPEP link, which includes regional information related to outreach and engagement strategies, funding opportunities, GSE regional strategies, and other information intended to streamline At-Large and GSE relations, was added to the Outreach and Engagement Dashboard.
2020-04-01 O&E-SC developed additional information for the Dashboard, including in response to COVID-19	Completed The O&E-SC is in the process of creating an At-Large Participation Toolkit which is linked to this Dashboard. It was a long-standing request of At-Large for an up to date ‘Activities Planner’ or calendar of upcoming events on internet-related meetings, including ALS, regional and GSE-sponsored activities, to be readily accessible. For the current COVID-19 situation, a Table of Virtual Events has been created. As At-Large is active at the global IGF, a workspace for the virtual At-Large Outreach Activities at IGF 2020 in Katowice is included. Finally, a workspace for the RALO General Assemblies, including both the upcoming 5 year cycle as well as previous General Assemblies are included.
2020-03-01 Creation of At-Large Outreach and Engagement Dashboard	Completed An At-Large Outreach and Engagement Dashboard has been created on a wiki space that points to strategies, resources, activities and reporting related to outreach and engagement for At-Large members. It also includes funding sources and resources. This Dashboard provides a one-stop resource for information related to At-Large outreach and engagement activities. At the same time, it also provides for more systematic documentation of RALO participation in regional events.
2019-07-01 Consult with Outreach and Engagement Subcommittee (O&E-SC)	Completed and Ongoing Consultation began with the leadership of the O&E-SC on the concept of a Dashboard. The draft implementation steps were discussed.
2019-06-01 Identification of source for the Outreach and Engagement Dashboard	Completed Development of a single location (Wiki or website based) which will point to travel funding opportunities and for links to documentation of what resources were ultimately distributed for use in outreach and engagement, so as to provide a more systematic documentation of RALO participation in regional events. This Issue has undergone substantial implementation at this stage, though planning was originally done in relation to the FY19 Budget general allocations, rather than any specific to ARI work, noting the following points: Data was available on utilisation of the RALO Discretionary Funds and the respective events attended and local engagement activities . Staff resources were available for the creation of the travel dashboard. Following implementation of the travel dashboard, if At-Large continues to build upon the dashboard for outreach and engagement purposes, an agreed method for closer collaboration with At-Large members of the Sub-Committee on Outreach and Engagement, Senior At-Large support staff and GSE regional staff/offices will be required.
