To help the Sub Team summarize and synthesize their review and analysis of all data collected related to the Sunrise Charter questions (including Analysis Group survey results and the Sunrise related data collected prior to the WG's review of URS – reference links included in the document), and to facilitate the development of Sub Team recommendations.

To facilitate the review of Analysis Group survey results. The spreadsheet includes:

• Agreed questions based on refinements of the original charter questions
• Survey questions by Analysis Group
• TMCH Data Sub Team’s draft survey questions in the original data request table
• Response to each survey question, including open text response
• Key findings by Analysis Group

To assist the analysis as to whether, and how, the Analysis Group survey results answer each of the final agreed Charter questions.

• Sunrise Charter questions 1, 2, 3, 4(a), and 5 were directly included in Analysis Group's development of the surveys.

• Clarifying Note: The other sub questions of the agreed Charter Question 4 were not directly included in developing the surveys. They are nevertheless included in the Sub Team review as the survey results may be relevant to answering these agreed sub questions.

To facilitate the Trademark Claims Data Review Sub Team's analysis as to whether, and how, the previously collected Trademark Claims data answer each of the final agreed Charter questions. The spreadsheet includes:

• Source Tab: Direct download links to the Trademark Claims data collected between December 2016 and March 2018, including reports, slides, and other documents.
• Trademark Claims Tab: Excerpts, as well as the relevant page/slide reference, from the previously collected data that staff believe may assist in answering the final agreed Charter questions. Summaries of the excerpts are included in Column B.

• The excerpts cited by Staff are nonexclusive; Sub Team members are welcome to download and reference the actual documents, linked from the Source Tab, to cite relevant information that may help answer the final agreed Charter questions.
  

To assist the analysis as to whether, and how, the previously collected Trademark Claims data answer each of the final agreed Charter questions.

• Clarifying Note: Staff could not identify previously collected Sunrise data that may be relevant in answering Charter Question 5. It is nevertheless included in the Sub Team review as the Sub Team members are welcome to download and reference the actual documents, linked from the Source Tab of the analysis tool, to cite relevant information that may help answer this Charter question.

The Summary Table reflects the review by the Trademark Claims Sub Team of all three sets of Trademark Claims related data with a view toward answering the agreed Charter questions. The contents of this summary table reflect the input/comments provided by Sub Team members via Google Doc homework assignments and during Sub Team meetings.
