Scheduling ICANN meetings: how to improve the process?

• As managers of the PDPs, the GNSO has an interest in setting substantive time aside during ICANN meetings to progress these matters.

• This is at odds with other SO/ACs that have different priorities.

• How can the community reach agreement on how to prioritise topics for discussion.

• Would it be possible to review the year ahead during the AGM and agree to the substantive issues that need to be progressed in the coming year.

Charter review CSC, combined action with `RySG and ccNSO (review)  and ccNSO- GNSO ( adopt updated charter, if any update)

• The first review of the Charter is to be conducted 12 months after operation by representatives from the RySG and ccNSO, with input from others via a public comment process.

• What do we need to do to prepare for that process?

EC AC/Empowered Community: processes and procedures that need to be in place to make Empowered Community and more importantly ICANN as whole effective. What are priorities?  What needs to be done to make this work more effective, efficient and coordinated?
