[ Unless decided by the Chair of the conference call, the WG’s calls will all be open for participation by all. Conference call attendees that are not WG Staff, WG Members, WG Experts or WG invitees will automatically have the status of Observer and will therefore not be able to speak on calls unless an exception is made by the Chair of the conference call.

Should a call revert to being “in camera”, only WG Staff and WG Members will be allowed to remain on the call. All other participants will be asked to disconnect except at the discretion of the Chair of the conference call. ]

 B Support staff and Tools

ICANN is expected to provide adequate staff support to the WG, [ as provided by the Global Stakeholder Engagement (GSE) department. ]

In addition, the following communication tools have been established to aid the work of the CWG:
