Patrik Fältström 2:The issue here is that in IDNA2003, almost all code points we say are emojis where "undefined" in IDNA2003, and one interpretation of the IDNA2003 standard is that unallocated code points where not allowed in stored strings.

Patrik Fältström:It might be OK to "discuss emoji as one specific case, because we believe it is possible to extrapolate to other situations".
