The GNSO Council determined that it would provide a Council specific response (not to supersede any response from any SG/C) to certain ICANN budget related public comments. Operating on an interim charter, the Standing Committee on Budget and Operations (SCBO) submit a public comment [INSERT LINK] to the (https://gnso.icann.org/en/correspondence/gnso-scbo-to-calvez-08mar18-en.pdf) to the Draft FY19 ICANN Operating Plan and Budget by by the 8 March 2018 deadline.
