   It was agreed that there will be a discussion for a week on the theme for the meeting in Singapore. AFRALO’s Secretariat will consolidate comments on this.

The following ideas were proposed as Themes for the AFRALO-Africann meeting in Singapore.

1. " IANA transition and ICANN accountability seen by the African community'

2. "ICANN Accountability"

3.  "Issues around access in Africa, as Internet access is a problem"

4.  "ICANN accountability post transition implication - Africa perspective"

5.    "Understanding Accountability in ICANN process"

 

Beran would like to work on the drafting team

 

2. AFRALO will take more time to decide on ALSes application ISOC Gambia and ISOC Cameroon3. Staff will send an email to all the WG members asking to provide input  before the next teleconference, so that the next call we only have to approve the final text.
