Dos grupos de trabajo deben presentar sus informes finales:
3.1 Gobernanza WG - Antonio Medina - (Se tomara la decision si dar por finalizado el grupo o continuarlo).
3.2 Informe Final del Grupo de Planeamiento Estrategico a ser enviado por Alejandro a toda la comunidad/WIKI.
(Alejandro pidio una discusion intensa, altamente participativa)
AI:  Staff creara un WIKI page para colocar el el borrador de acuerdo con LACNIC sera puesto en la wiki con un plazo para comentarios.
