The EPDP initiation request and EPDP Charter were sent to the Council on 9 August 2021. An updated IGO EPDP Initiation request was circulated on the Council mailing list on 18 August 2021. 

Here, the Council will vote to initiate the EPDP on Specific Curative Rights Protections for IGOs and approve the EPDP Charter.
