Based on community feedback, ICANN org changed Planning Assumption v.1.0, 2.5 vis-a-vis the rate of delegation from “There will be no changes to the 1,000 TLDs/year maximum delegation rate” to “Changes will may be made to the 1,000 TLDs/year maximum delegation rate used in the prior round based on (1) study results, (2) community discussions and (3) policy work.”  (v.1.1, 2.5)
