The At-Large Advisory Committee, meeting telephonically on 8th April 2008, resolves as follows:

  • The ALAC thanks the members of the ALAC Finance and Budget committee for their work related to the consultation on the Operational Plan and Budget Framework for the ICANN FY 2008/2009, embodied in document AL.ALAC/BUD.SC/0308/1/2.Rev2;
  • The ALAC asks that the community review the document according to the deadlines set by the Finance and Budget Committee, from 6th - 16th April inclusive;
  • The ALAC directs the Finance and Budget Subommittee to incorporate those amendments which are received using their best judgment as to how to reasonably accommodate said comments, if any, and requests the At-Large Staff of ICANN to assists the members of the subcommittee in doing so;
  • Requests the Chair of the ALAC to convey the resulting text to the Board of Directors of ICANN and to the public comment address in good time as soon as the said amendments are finished.
