Whereas, the Board Finance Committee requested that an outside expert review theInvestment the Investment Policy to ensure it is appropriate for ICANN.

It is hereby resolved (2009.30.07.01) that the Board endorses the ICANN InvestmentPolicy Investment Policy and adopts the minor amendments to the Investment Policy.
