This is the home of the Cross-Community Working Group (CWG) that will develop a final framework of operating principles workable across all SO/ACs for the formation, operation, decision making and termination of future CWGs. 

The Charter for the this CWG for this project was drafted by a ccNSO-GNSO Drafting Team and approved by the ccNSO and GNSO Councils in March 2014. A call for participants to this new CWG is being issued and an initial meeting planned for May 2014.

This CWG was also preceded by a GNSO Drafting Team that developed an initial set of principles in 2012. This wiki space also contains information - including membership lists and background documentation - on that previous work.
