Item 4: COUNCIL DISCUSSION – Discussion with ICANN Finance on the Draft FY19 ICANN Operating Plan and Budget (15 minutes)
The GNSO Council determined that it would provide a Council specific response (not to supersede any response from any SG/C) to certain ICANN budget related public comments. Operating on an interim charter, the Standing Committee on Budget and Operations (SCBO) submit a public comment [INSERT LINK] to the the Draft FY19 ICANN Operating Plan and Budget by by the 8 March 2018 deadline.

Here, the Council will meet with ICANN Finance to discuss finance related items of interest to the GNSO.
