 Group discussed the various topics proposed for capacity building.

•  Otieno Barrack suggested to include  How to get involved in PDPs
•  Aziz Hilalistressed to avoid boring topics and invite AC/SO chairs to speak
•  Aziz Hilalisupports idea of developing an AFRALO Hot Topics document during one of the capacity building sessions.
•  Tijani Ben Jemaaclarified that only 1 topic will be addressed per day
•  ALses will be asked what are the most important topics they would like to learn about
•  Tijani Ben Jemaa to work with Ariel Liang, Heidi Ullrich  and Silvia Vivanco to organize an online poll to select the 4 topics. Poll to be open for 5 days.
•  Hot topics discussion will be organized to take place in one session
•   One session for Evaluation and brainstorming and Hot topics
•   Speakers shall be identified very soon
