  Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong:dans nos différentes Réunion d'Afralo en ligne :nos grandes décisions sont surtout la décision pour la certification des ALS,decision de soumettre un commentaire ,une déclaration,pour les élections (voie électronique)... je suis d'accord pour des décisions qui ont des impacts limités sur le bon fonctionnement de AFRALO(le bureau AFRALO peut décider pour nous ) je vois pas de problème et pour le cas les grandes décisions donc il nous faut L'avis de La moitié de nos ALS ;

  Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong:travaillons pour  tous les ALS s'impliquent profondément à la bonne marche d'AFRALO ; faisons en sorte que les ALS Comprennent d'abord  le sujet avant qu'ils votent ;si les ALS ne participent pas à nos réunions il sera difficile de faire leur choix lors une décision
