- Seun Ojedeji to let Ariel know when the agenda is published
- Ariel Liang to set up a Skype group between Seun/Tijani/Daniel/Dev and other AFRALO attendees in AIS/ 2016
- After the agenda is published, Ariel Liang to create a spreadsheet of sessions with At-Large assignees to take photos and tweet
- Ariel Liang to contact Aziz about sending a message to Afri-discuss mailing list and finding out who else from AFRALO are going to attend AIS; Ariel Liang to add those members to the Skype group
- Once the agenda is published and spreadsheet is created, Ariel Liang/ Dev Anand Teelucksingh to organize another call with additional volunteers (if needed)
