Agenda

The proposed agenda for the next Working Group call, scheduled for Wednesday 18 May at 1600 UTC, is as follows:

  1. Roll call & updates to SOI (note: roll call/attendance will be taken via Adobe Connect and the conference phone bridge due to the number of participants)
  2. Finalize Work Plan (see attached)
  3. Discuss draft outreach letter to be sent to all ICANN Supporting Organizations, Advisory Committees and GNSO Stakeholder Groups and Constituencies (see attached)
  4. Planning for ICANN57 sessions – an open community dialogue session and a WG meeting (if time permits)
  5. Next steps/next meeting

Please note that, as we have not received any suggested changes to the Draft Work Plan, the attached document is the same as that circulated for review last week.

On behalf of the co-chairs, our thanks go to WG members Paul Keating, Steve Levy and Petter Rindforth for creating the draft outreach letter attached to this email for your review and WG discussion on the call.

Finally, you may be interested in the latest version of the ICANN57 schedule, which is posted at https://community.icann.org/x/_o5Caw. You’ll see that an open community dialogue session focusing on our work is currently scheduled for Wednesday 29 June at 1515 Helsinki time, for 90 minutes, with a separate Working Group meeting scheduled for Thursday 30 June at 0800 Helsinki time, for 60 minutes.

As all sessions at ICANN Public Meetings are open, Observers and interested members of the community are welcome to attend both sessions. We will send out details for remote participation closer to the time, so that those who will not be present in Helsinki may attend. As with all Working Group meetings, both sessions will also be recorded and transcribed.
