Members of subgroup 5 should become members (or at least observers) of the WG*.

The WG is intended to create a new policy framework (most likely in the form of recommendations) capable of balancing diverse interests to meet needs for gTLDregistration data. It is a large group, with some 134 members and 90 observers (as per February 2). As the WG evolves and process becomes clearer, we might need to reconsider these ToR, and define the scope of our work.
