Where individuals represent bodies or clients, this information is to be posted. If not posted because of client confidentiality, the participant’s interest or position must be disclosed. Failing either of these, the individual not be permitted to participate. |

Rationale: Otherwise, some may assume that their SOI could be posted anywhere. CG - Accept with modification: Regarding the second half of the third sentence of the recommendation (…the participant’s interest or position must be disclosed), more detail should be provided about what and how it must be disclosed. |
