  •  1. Individual affiliation: All working group members can contribute for one more week. Thursday 30th deadline to submit comments. Friday31th approval of draft by the Working Group.

The pen holders shall compile all submissions and post the compiled version on 6 November to be approved by the WG on Friday 7 November.
