This is the home of the Cross-Community Working Group (CWG) that will develop a final framework of operating principles Framework of CWG Operating Principles, workable across all SO/ACs, for the formation, operation, decision making and termination of future CWGs. 

The Charter for this CWG was drafted by a ccNSO-GNSO Drafting Team and approved by the ccNSO and GNSO Councils in March 2014. A call for participants to this new CWG is being issued and an initial meeting planned for May 2014has been issued.

This CWG was also preceded by a GNSO Drafting Team that developed an initial set of principles in 2012 that was circulated to all other ICANN SOs and ACs for their feedback. This wiki space also contains information - including membership lists and background documentation - on that previous work.
