    •  JZ/Amrita to work on invitations to the SOACs
    •  Staff to invite ICANN org new gTLD Program team to the session
    •  5 regionally break out sessions to take place within the ALAC room flip charts + 1 online break out group.

    •  Invite Sally C to open the session.  Amrita' comment - While it was suggested to invite Sally for the opening, however since she is already speaking to RALO Chairs and ALAC LT, having other relevant ICANN staff to share their views makes sense.
    •  GSE staff to be invited as speakers and part of the break out sessions. Staff to help with inviting them.
    •  Amrita happy to have an organizing call with GSE     Amrita's Update  - had initial call with Chris Mondini.  It was discussed that having a briefing call in Oct with GSE would help. GSE will also be happy to encourage ICANN community members to join the session.
    •  Prep call to be held once all speakers are confirmed. 
    •  Promotion for the session to be worked on including highlighting it in the ICANN81 news briefs.
