- JZ/Amrita to work on invitations to the SOACs
- 5 regionally break out sessions to take place within the ALAC room flip charts + 1 online break out group.

- Invite Sally C to open the session. Amrita' comment - While it was suggested to invite Sally for the opening, however since she is already speaking to RALO Chairs and ALAC LT, having other relevant ICANN staff to share their views makes sense.
- GSE staff to be invited as speakers and part of the break out sessions.
- Amrita happy to have an organizing call with GSE Amrita's Update - had initial call with Chris Mondini. It was discussed that having a briefing call in Oct with GSE would help. GSE will also be happy to encourage ICANN community members to join the session.
- Prep call to be held once all speakers are confirmed.
