•  Hadia Elminiawi and members of the OC will add more details to the Round tables scope /description, so speakers can be invited 
•  Heidi Ullrichto reach out to our Govt engagement to identify high live speakers that will be invited
•  Michelle Desmyter to schedule a weekly call every Monday at 15:00 UTC.
•  

•  Silvia Vivanco  to put the document "AFRALO ICANN 80 Proposed Sessions and Activities" into a Google doc . Hadia Elminiawi will send the google doc to OC members requesting inputs in "comments" mode. 
•  Hadia Elminiawi to include the issue of "AFRICAN misrepresentation on the DNS"  (suggested by Muriel ALAPINI based on Mr Tidjani presentation in the google doc.
•  Hadia Elminiawi asked all  OC members  to contribute with ideas for a theme to encompass all events. The theme "Enhancing African users internet Access” possible theme” was proposed.
•  Michelle Desmyter to subscribe  ICANN 80 AFRALO Organizing committee members to the mailing list.
•   Michelle Desmyter and Claudia Ruiz to schedule AFRALO ICANN 80 Planning Committee calls every Monday at 15:00 UTC with FR interpretation.
