NomCom draft report, which recommends reducing the size of the ALAC delegates from 5 to 3, and NARALO draft statement, which is against this reduction, to be reviewed by LACRALO members. This review is to take place in consultation with Jose Ovid Salgueiro, LACRALO delegate to the NomCom, and Eduardo Diaz, NARALO delegate to the NomCom. LACRALO is to present its views on this issue prior to 23 November 2009.

LACRALO members to send their suggestions of documents to be included in the At-Large starter pack to Andres Piazza and Dev Anand Teelucksingh by 10 December 2009. The objective of the starter pack is to help new ALSes famialiarize themselves with the activities of At-Large and to keep them engaged within the At-Large community.

A LACRALO working group is to be formed to agree on the text (in ES and EN) for the LACRALO brochure. The EURALO brochure will be used as the basis for discussion. The work will be limited to developing text for specific LACRALO policy issues. A call for the formation of the working group will be sent out by the LACRALO Secretariat with the aim of agreeing the text by 10 December 2009.
