  •  Alan Greenberg to prepare the draft statement on the Registration Data Consensus Policy for gTLDs Public Comment proceeding, based on comments he and Hadia Elminiawi drafted.
    •  Ratification agreed to happen separate from submission given the time constraints (proceeding closes Monday, 21 Nov). 

ICANN76 planning notes:

    • Sivasubramanian Muthusamy suggested the topic of Internet fragmentation on the technical layer as a topic for the CPWG to consider for ICANN76 (conversations ongoing).
    • Internal session discussions forthcoming, aim to keep internal sessions to three, maximum.
