Phase 3Phase UpdateBoard resolution to implement passed Resolutions 2021.03.25.04 – 2021.03.25.06 on 25 March 2021: https://www.icann.org/resources/board-material/resolutions-2021-03-25-en#1.b

Phase 2AP FeedbackICANN received confirmation of understanding from the RSSAC

Phase 2Phase UpdateICANN org understands that this recommendation is asking for an initial implementation of the measurement system described in RSSAC047. The "initial implementation" is assumed to be functional, but not necessarily up to the operational expectations that a long-term service would have. This recommendation is to the ICANN Board. This understanding was sent to the RSSAC for review

Phase 2AP FeedbackRRSAC provided clarifying comments to ICANN Org's understanding - The work described in RSSAC047 is based on a largely empirical model of measurement rather than analytics (see last bullet in Recommendation 3 - cell F14). Therefore, we suggest that the phrase "initial implementation of the measurement and analysis systems” in cell G12 be changed to "initial implementation of the measurement system” to reflect the empirical nature of the initial implementation.
