The GNSO Council recently identified areas for improvement in the (see http://gnso.icann.org/council/gnso-op-procedures-05aug10-en.pdf^{Image Removed}) that would simplify and clarify the procedures relating to proxy voting. It tasked the Operations Steering Committee (OSC) with completing a revision to improve the procedures relating to proxy voting. The OSC submitted to the GNSO Council on 14 June 2011 recommended revisions http://gnso.icann.org/drafts/osc-recommended-revisions-proxy-voting-14jun11-en.pdf^{Image Removed}
to the GNSO Council Operating Procedures to simplify and clarify the procedures relating to proxy voting.
