- On 4 August 2009, the ALAC adopted a resolution <https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi?resolution_on_creating_an_at_large_review_wg_implementation_plan_al_alac_res_0809_1> (AL.ALAC/RES.0809/1) endorsing specific steps toward the implementation of the Final Report's 13 recommendations.

- On 7 June, the ALAC-At-Large Improvements Project Plan, developed jointly by the ALAC and ICANN's At-Large staff was submitted to the SIC. This Project Plan contains an implementation timeline and addresses issues related to Board Guidance, Budgetary Implications and Bylaw Changes.
