On 10 April 2011, the enclosed statement was transmitted submitted to the ICANN Staff public comment for this issue, the relevant staff person responsible for the public consultation on the Proposed Recommendation for a Global Outreach Program (and the Board Secretary, with a copy going to the ICANN Secretary.)note saying that the document was currently undergoing ALAC ratification.
