Purpose 4 Initial Report Language:
Provide mechanisms for safeguarding Registered Name Holders' Registration Data in the event of a business or technical failure, or other unavailability of a Registrar or Registry Operator.

Provide mechanisms for safeguarding Registered Name Holders' Registration Data in the event of a business or technical failure of a Registrar or Registry Operator, or unavailability [of a Registrar or Registry Operator, as defined in the Registrar Accreditation Agreement and Registry Agreement, respectively.]

Purpose 6 Initial Report Language: Coordinate, operationalize, and facilitate policies for resolution of disputes regarding or relating to the registration of domain names (as opposed to the use of such domain names), namely, the UDRP, URS, PDDRP, RRDRP, and future developed domain name registration-related dispute procedures for which it is established that the processing of personal data is necessary
Proposed Updated Language:
Coordinate, operationalize, and facilitate policies for resolution of disputes regarding or relating to the registration of domain names (as opposed to the use of such domain names, [but including where such policies take into account use of the domain names]), namely, the UDRP, URS, PDDRP, RRDRP, [and the TDRP.]

Reminder of Review Method:
1. Display the discussion table for the purpose/recommendation under review. (Note: the discussion table is a tool for discussion; it is not a replacement of the PCRT.) 2. 5 minutes of silent review of discussion table/PCRT 3. Question for team: which concerns merit group discussion? Specifically, do any of the concerns present new information the EPDP Team has not discussed during its formulation of this purpose or recommendation?
4. Take time to highlight comments made by individuals or organizations who are not represented within the EPDP Team to ensure these voices are heard. 5. Discussion: a.
