To facilitate the review of Analysis Group survey results. The spreadsheet includes:

• Agreed questions based on refinements of the original charter questions
• Survey questions by Analysis Group
• TMCH Data Sub Team’s draft survey questions in the original data request table
• Response to each survey question, including open text response
• Key findings by Analysis Group

To assist the analysis as to whether, and how, the Analysis Group survey results answer each of the final agreed Charter questions.

• Sunrise Charter questions 2, 4, 5(a), 5(b), 8, 11, 12 were sent to Analysis Group to develop survey questions seeking data. They are highlighted in yellow.

• While the other Charter questions were not communicated to Analysis Group in their development of the survey, the survey results may help answer them.
