1.1.A [Clarification on Supplemental Note 1.1 dated 21 December 2011] Applicants requiring an invoice to remit payments for the evaluation fee (USD5000 registration and the final payment of USD180000) can view and download a remittance form on the payment screen in TAS after initial registration steps have been completed.  These initial steps include providing answers to Questions 1 through 11 as well as a review by ICANN.
