Question. If I withdraw my application, will I get a refund?

Answer. In certain cases, refunds of a portion of the evaluation fee may be available for applications that are withdrawn before the evaluation process is complete. An applicant may request a refund at any time until it has executed a registry agreement with ICANN. The amount of refund will depend on the point in the process at which the withdrawal is requested. An applicant that wishes to withdraw an application must initiate the process through TAS and submit the required form to request a refund, including agreement to the terms and conditions for withdrawal. Please refer to section 1.5.1 of the Applicant Guidebook for a schedule of refunds.
