It's weird. Maybe they have registered a wrong email? 00:37:38 Joke Braeken: Hello Ai-chin. Voting is anonymous 00:37:40 Dr. Pablo Rodriguez - ccNSO Council ( .pr): Working closely with regional organizations (ROs) to promote voting seems to make sense; however, reaching out to fellow ccTLD operators via phone calls or emails could be very helpful. 00:38:56 Stephen Deerhake - ccNSO Councilor: +1 Pablo. 00:39:03 ai-chin Lu (ccNSO councilor): Thank you Joke. APTLD will re-sent the reminder to our members. 00:39:08 Nick WS ccNSO council: We’ve voted! 00:40:26 Joke Braeken: Hi Jenifer. For some members, the primary contact indeed needs to be updated. Procedures on how to do so have been explained to them. Responsiveness levels vary. 00:41:41 Laura Margolis ccNSO Councilor: It will be interesting too if we could ask them why they delay or didn't vote too 00:42:36 Jiankang Yao --ccNSO councilor: Yes, agree@Alejandra, small summary will help 00:44:26 Joke Braeken: Noted Jiankang, thank you for the suggestion. 00:51:07 Jenifer Lopez - ccNSO Councilor: Thank you for your answer Joke. I think you do an amazing job. What I suggest is that maybe the contacts registered an email they do not see as frequent as they need to. 00:52:46 Joke Braeken: See the current call for EoI: https://ccnso.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-07jul21-en.htm 00:57:45 Joke Braeken: Current status Currently, the Triage Committee is dedicated to quickly review incoming requests for input and make a suggestion to the Council on how to react to the requests. To better balance the workload against the available resources, Council suggested an expanded mandate for the Triage Committee, which includes work on the Council work plan prioritisation. The Triage Committee had its first meeting on 13 July, where the committee members discussed the future role of the Triage Committee, the evolution of the committee and an outline of its new role. Next steps During its next meeting, scheduled for 17 August, the Triage committee will have a discussion on the prioritisation method to be used for the Council work plan, as well as a high-level discussion on the changes that are needed to its Charter. It will also begin the work of prioritising the work plan, ready for Council consideration in September (in advance of the start of the October-December quarter). 01:15:49 Dr. Pablo Rodriguez - ccNSO Council ( .pr): please repeat where do you find it that screen 01:15:59 Marie-Noemie Marques: It was a very collaborative work ! 01:16:12 Joke Braeken: Under “View options”, Pablo 01:16:14 Laura Margolis ccNSO Councilor: Pablo on the top of the screen 01:16:45 Kimberly Carlson - ICANN Org: Pablo, view options, then annotate 01:17:12 Kimberly Carlson - ICANN Org: You can either draw, or “stamp” a predefined icon 01:17:36 Irina Danelia ccNSO Council: I cannot find View option -(( 01:18:34 Javier Rúa-Jovet: Im stumped in my iPhone 01:19:07 Javier Rúa-Jovet: 8 01:19:12 Dr. Pablo Rodriguez - ccNSO Council ( .pr): @Kim - Thanks 01:20:17 souleymane ci - ccNSO Councilor: 9 01:20:39 Biyi Oladipo (ccNSO Councillor): I see the full 1-10, but can't annotate because I am on mobile. 01:20:42 Stephen Deerhake - ccNSO Councilor: I do but I cannot unmute 01:22:48 Jenifer Lopez - ccNSO Councilor: Biyi +1.
