00:53:38	James Galvin (Afilias):	@jeff - part of the problem today is that we have no data to answer the PII question.  this is partly due to choosing controlled interruption versus a honeypot.  On the other hand, controlled interruption was expressly chosen because of the potential for PII exposure.
