ccTLD Managers deal with DNS Abuse-related matters differently: on the one hand, you have the “liability/accountability”-attitude, and on the other hand, you have the “responsibility”-attitude.
Responsibility/Citizenship/Stewardship  <-> legal approach/risk/business approach.
