Whereas, on 11 September 2007, ICANN appointed Hagen Hultzsch as Chair of the Nominating Committee.
Whereas, the 2008 Nominating Committee consisted of delegates from each of ICANN's constituencies and advisory bodies.
Resolved (2008.11.07.10), the ICANN Board expresses its deep appreciation to Hagen Hultzsch and all of the members of the 2008 Nominating Committee for their dedication, hard work, and successful efforts.
