10) Purpose and Goals: | As chair of the At-Large Technology Taskforce WG, the Community Regional Outreach Pilot Program (CROPP) Review Team, Outreach SC, and Social Media WG, member of the LAC Strategy WG, a former LACRALO Secretariat and former ALAC member from ALAC, and continues to be a very active member of LACRALO, I will be attending the BA meeting to: - chair the At-Large Technology Taskforce (TTF) WG call on Monday. - Meet with ICANN IT staff to discuss TTF activities related to communication tools used in ICANN and At-Large as well as discussion on the machine translation of LACRALO's mailing lists - help with the activities of the Social Media WG in sharing information online about ICANN At-Large throughout the BA meeting - meet with the ICANN's CROPP Team to discuss the next CROPP round for FY16 - meet with relevant parties for the LAC Strategy Communication Plan 2 to discuss next implementation steps (I am co chair of the LAC Strategy's Project 2 Communication Plan) - attend and participate in all major ALAC meetings from Sunday to Wednesday - attend and participate in LACRALO activities such as the LACRALO meeting and showcase on Wednesday - meet with the ICANN Fellows especially during the Monday's Fellows session with the ALAC - help mentor Jason Hynds who is attending BA as LACRALO secretariat | ||||||||||||
