Stephen Deerhake:Byron, thank you. I feel we need to follow the current rules, and I fully expect Nigel to follow through and permit his vetting along with our current Board members. I would be shocked if he would not agree to this.

Joke Braeken:But thanks for the suggestion regarding "none of the above". I noted it down.
Stephen Deerhake:I agree with you Byron. At the end of the day we need to get the background check and voting stuff sorted. Both "spoiling the ballot" and the unintentional results disclosure were an eye-opener for me...
Debbie Monahan:it wasn't spoiling the ballot, as Joke quoted it , not selecting a candidate was a valid option
Debbie Monahan:it just wasn't as clear as having a 'none of the above' option
Byron:Due dilligence checklist looks pretty standard to me.. Nothing particularly concerning
Byron:"None of the above" would be preferable to spoiling the ballot, particularly if it is not really clear - even though it was actually an option.
Stephen Deerhake:I have to tell you Byron I really wish I had the "none of the above" option in voting here in the US. So I certainly support that option going forward.
Stephen Deerhake:Concurr with Byron's comments regarding the minutes...
Debbie Monahan:the timeframe when the vetting all came up was too late for it to be part of the nominations etc for this process so I think there is no reason not to proceed with this
