11:07:44 From Beran Dondeh Gillen : morning. hope everyone is staying safe
11:07:55 From Jonathan Zuck : 1am, not TOO bad
11:08:27 From Holly Raiche : JZ - Not too bad. Normally, the CPWG is midnight every fortnight - til 1.30.
11:12:47 From Gisella Gruber : @Sebastien - noted thank you!
11:12:54 From sylvia herlein : i´m in Spanish channel
11:12:54 From Yesim Nazlar : @Sebastien - attendance will be corrupted post call
11:13:00 From Yesim Nazlar : *corrected
11:13:03 From Gisella Gruber : @Sylvia - thank you - well noted
11:13:38 From Heidi Ullrich : During ICANN67, staff took summary notes as well as AIs.
11:14:35 From Holly Raiche : @ Gisella - we have already sent a letter on the issue
11:15:23 From Holly Raiche : Probably that’s ongoing
11:17:08 From Holly Raiche : No - it is an ongoing issue for CPWG
11:17:34 From Gisella Gruber : @Holly - thank you
11:24:01 From Evin Erdoğdu : Read the Post-ICANN67 Policy Report: https://go.icann.org/post67
11:24:19 From Evin Erdoğdu : Take the At-Large GeoNames Survey: https://forms.gle/skiGiio5n4UXu9G57
11:24:51 From Holly Raiche : @ Evin - could you send an email with those links - as a reminder - thanks
11:25:04 From Cheryl Langdon-Orr : Deffinatly needed to be separate from SubPro!
11:26:43 From sylvia herlein : I did it. Very interesting. tks!
11:27:11 From sylvia herlein : and asked LACRALO members too
11:27:28 From Maureen Hilyard (ALAC) : @Sylvia.. excellent
11:30:02 From Gisella Gruber : @Holly - noted to send the links via email as an Action Item
11:30:41 From Holly Raiche : Thanks Gisella
11:31:46 From Justine Chew : @JZ, you mean like have a vetting panel to decide which issue should be considered by which group within At-Large?
11:32:41 From Justine Chew : DNS policy versus everything else.
11:33:13 From Jonathan Zuck : Happy to have a quick discussion on everything in the CPWG to figure out where it goes. Thought that’s what we had decided but somehow we keep revisiting it
11:33:41 From Holly Raiche : Agree with JZ
11:34:21 From Jonathan Zuck : Administrative Policy Group?
11:34:44 From Holly Raiche : AAAaaanhhhhh
11:35:18 From Maureen Hilyard (ALAC) : Sponsors message? CPWG
11:36:01 From Jonathan Zuck : The AGP could handle everything that has to do with the At-Large relationship to the org: budget, travel, multi-stakeholder, PDP3.0, ATRT. Just a thought.
11:36:05 From Holly Raiche : @ JZ - why not a group of 2 or 3 plus the proposed from the Executive - rather than a new and separate WG
11:36:15 From Holly Raiche : (I meant proposer)
11:36:23 From Maureen Hilyard (ALAC) : Lots of opportunity to learn more about each of these SubPro topics
11:37:35 From Jonathan Zuck : Holly, my guess is that there’s enough of a charter there to justify their own weekly call.
11:38:22 From Jonathan Zuck : There could be plenty of overlap of people but it would clarify the agenda, prioritization, etc. Just a thought.
11:38:39 From Holly Raiche : maybe - but only meet if there is not clarity on where the issue should go
11:38:40 From Maureen Hilyard (ALAC) : +1 Jonathan
11:38:43 From Olivier MJ Crepin-Leblond : Subsequent Procedures WIKI Space: https://community.icann.org/display/alacpolicydev/At-Large+Workspace%3A+SubPro+Updates
11:39:18 From Justine Chew : @Olivier, why don't you speak to my slot on CPWG call for SubPro this week? Then I can go to sleep :)
11:39:23 From Holly Raiche : BIG Congratulations to Justine
11:39:44 From Chokri ben romdhane : thank you Olivier very useful for end user
11:39:56 From Holly Raiche : We can hear you OCL
11:40:34 From Olivier MJ Crepin-Leblond : LOL -- bouncy mute button :-)
11:40:37 From Olivier MJ Crepin-Leblond : apologies
11:41:15 From Jonathan Zuck : For SURE! Great to get a briefing here again perhaps.
11:41:39 From Lianna Galstyan : btw, useful extension in Chrome https://krisp.ai/blog/krisp-for-chrome-extension-launch/?fbclid=IwAR2O0iJwYVjB98DZK2qZBwzRUgdQlMV4QfJiaaayymJGCID8bZuJ-91QTmk
11:42:33 From Jonathan Zuck : Again, Auction Proceeds isn’t ideal for the CPWG if we make a separation.
11:42:38 From Y Kim : Can we make any comments for WT5 Geoname survey document, adding questions, etc?
11:43:04 From Holly Raiche : Matchsticks to keep her eyes open
11:43:22 From vandascartezini : sorry, took some time to recover my computer. I can also quickly talk about NOMCOM RIWG
11:44:24 From Maureen Hilyard (ALAC) : Can I add you to the AOB Vanda?
11:45:22 From Cheryl Langdon-Orr : ATRT3 is not a CPWG matter (other than in relation to *it* being a policy input tool of now some renown) SeBs point was I believe as much a pleas for ALAC to be updated on the activities of the Representatives the ALAC has appointed to various task as much as anything else so perhaps a future ALAC AGenda item
11:46:41 From Cheryl Langdon-Orr : From GNSO Council Liaison Repoert Item (that seemed to have been skipped)information, the last Meeting was the vICANN67 Public Council Meeting which was very well attended, The Minutes of this public meeting were published on the 27th March and are included in my Wiki report space but had a lot of focus on the recently adopted PDP 3.0 Process and the new reporting packages for regular GNSO Council attention. The following GNSO Council Meeting will be held at 1200 UTC on April 16...
11:47:17 From Sébastien Bachollet : @Cheryl Yes about ATRT3 Thanks
11:47:50 From Gisella Gruber : @Y. Kim - if you have any additional comments on the survey, please email this to staff directly.
11:47:50 From Heidi Ullrich : We will be updating the Liaison report pages
11:48:03 From Cheryl Langdon-Orr : :=)
11:48:04 From Heidi Ullrich : And following up with those who have not sent reports recently.
11:48:05 From Y Kim : Thank you Gisella.
11:49:18 From Holly Raiche : @ Heidi/Gisella - Kaili is on thee call, but I think he wa listed as an apology at the beginning of the call
11:49:54 From Heidi Ullrich : Thank you, Holly.
11:50:23 From Gisella Gruber : @Holly - thank you - noted re Kaili
11:50:23 From Yesim Nazlar : @Holly - Kaili has sent his apology, and just joined. Will update the agenda page
11:54:09 From Barrack Otieno : Hand up, not sure if its working
11:54:41 From Heidi Ullrich : Thanks, Barrack. I’ll let Maureen know
11:54:50 From Cheryl Langdon-Orr : I see it @Barrack

11:57:47 From Yesim Nazlar : @Barrack - ADIGO will dial out to you as your Zoom mic doesn’t work
12:02:51 From Holly Raiche : However, Katrina is still there with the ccNSO
12:04:10 From Holly Raiche : There would be a lot of interest in the A
12:04:15 From Barrack Otieno : Yes Holly
12:04:17 From Holly Raiche : PAC region
12:05:21 From Holly Raiche : I”m not surprised. I hope ICANN68 will be held on Malaysian time
12:05:55 From Barrack Otieno : ccNSO Council meetings are also open to observers. Anyone interested can now join the meetings
12:07:24 From Michel TCHONANG : OK THANK BARRACK
12:09:29 From Heidi Ullrich : 2020 Priorities List: https://community.icann.org/display/ATLAS3/Post-ATLAS+III+Activities
12:10:12 From vandascartezini : @ Barrack - thanks , I am participant form AT large in the ccPDP and would be good to share ideas with you as the group moving form its first meeting last week
12:11:09 From Cheryl Langdon-Orr : True we were well organised considering but better prep can only assist
12:11:11 From Barrack Otieno : The ccNSO consultative meeting might be on April 7 12 UTC. The Chair will confirm
12:11:25 From Barrack Otieno : Ok@ Vanda
12:12:08 From Holly Raiche : @ Barrack - what will the topics be for a ccNSO Consultative meeting
12:12:33 From humbertocarrasco : Yes ICANN 68 will be virtual. However, now everything is virtual. In my case, I will have serious issues to participate because I will have conflict between my job and the 68 ICANN meetings. Why should I prefer ICANN meeetings instead of given my classes? ICANN does not give you any certificate or anything que justify my participation in ICANN (it did not do it in the last ICANN meeting). Also, there is a economical crisis and I probably will have more work to do because the University will reduce personal probably.
12:13:18 From Heidi Ullrich : Comms strategy on Google : https://docs.google.com/document/d/13lr7TfA0AQ1tn_110zF1bwkrDrTIAcFB5m7sI5tbstw/edit
12:13:42 From Heidi Ullrich : There have been some comments from the Communications staff which will be incorporated
12:14:00 From Ricardo Holmquist : sorry, I will have to leave. Bye to all, take care
12:14:14 From Holly Raiche : Bye Ricardo - stay saafe
12:14:25 From humbertocarrasco : Bye Ricardo
12:14:31 From Abdulkarim Oloyede : @Humberto. Yes you are right and I believe we need to this conversation.
12:14:43 From davekissoondoyal : Bye Ricardo and stay safe
12:14:47 From Abdulkarim Oloyede : I suggest you raise it under AOB
12:15:23 From sylvia herlein : +1@Humberto
12:16:01 From humbertocarrasco : @abdulkarim good idea
12:20:54 From Holly Raiche : What about a wiki page/Google doc to coordinate everyone’s feedback?
12:21:16 From vandascartezini : sorry my connection was dropped while Maureen was finishing her talking
12:21:29 From Cheryl Langdon-Orr : and connection stability will perhaps have deteriorated further with greater loads now on networks
12:21:36 From Jaewon Son : great feedback!
12:22:56 From Gisella Gruber : @Vanda - dialling out to you
12:23:00 From davekissoondoyal : A good suggestion @Sebatien to consider
12:23:03 From vandascartezini : yes.. it is too early here for that and till now I haven’t have any problem with connection
12:25:51 From humbertocarrasco : @cheryl you are right
12:27:52 From Y Kim : I need to leave early. Thanks everyone for the presentations and the meeting.
12:28:30 From davekissoondoyal : +1 Maureen and Abdulkarin
12:28:31 From Michel TCHONANG : THANK GOOD IDEAS
12:29:13 From Cheryl Langdon-Orr : Very valid observation @Holly
12:29:29 From yrjolansipuro : +1 Holly
12:30:05 From Michel TCHONANG : +1 Holly
12:30:27 From Satish Babu : Good point, Tijani.
12:30:47 From vandascartezini : yes Tijani agree with you
12:31:00 From yrjolansipuro : Breaking silos was one of the most positive experiences at ICANN67
12:33:00 From Cheryl Langdon-Orr : Indeed Yriö
12:33:30 From humbertocarrasco : I back
12:33:34 From humbertocarrasco : I am back
12:33:46 From Maureen Hilyard (ALAC) : You are next Humberto
12:33:52 From humbertocarrasco : ok
12:34:17 From vandascartezini : once you are at home of course you go to your work and this make it hard to attend all the meetings while you are at the office. more days and less meetings each day and as suggested Tijani, more lexible times
12:35:07 From vandascartezini : yes language availability will make more participation
12:36:13 From Holly Raiche : @ SB: I think you misunderstood what I meant. The fact that there were not different schedules for the SO/ACs - so everyone went to one of two or three sessions. The silos we broke down were the separate meetings of each of the SO/AC
12:36:14 From Abdulkarim Oloyede : Thanks Humberto. The world is facing a challenge we have not seen before. it is creating a lot or burden and unique challenges and we cant just be saying virtual meeting without thinking of individual logistic.
12:36:25 From vandascartezini : good ideas Humberto
12:36:36 From sylvia herlein : +1 Humberto
12:37:35 From davekissoondoyal : yes we can hear you
12:39:32 From Cheryl Langdon-Orr : Follow up from @Vanda please!!!
12:39:52 From Holly Raiche : Thanks Vanda
12:41:13 From Sébastien Bachollet : @Holly because you want to go to each and every language even without translation?
12:41:49 From davekissoondoyal : +1 Cheryl and thanks Vanda to bring the discussion
12:42:14 From Sébastien Bachollet : I really think that if we have to choose one language is a good way to be engage and no need for spreed that in different hours.
12:42:42 From Cheryl Langdon-Orr : But we DO need to engage woth At=Large and the ALAC on this in particular
12:42:54 From Sébastien Bachollet : The only reason to do so can be to be more hour friendly for each language
12:42:59 From Heidi Ullrich : 2020 Selections, elections and appointments: https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/2020+ALAC+and+RALO+Elections%2C+Selections+and+Appointments
